Friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient amenities, great location.

Couldn't stay longer.

The hotel is conveniently located near SRM University main campus at Potheri and VIT campus in Chennai. Guests can easily access nearby eating places and enjoy the proximity to the Zoo. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent pillows and well, stocked extras like nuts and biscuits. Good AC and 1, liter complimentary water make the stay more comfortable.

The breakfast could have had more variety.

However, I would suggest the hotel consider adding some air freshener to enhance the room's freshness. Lastly, the hotel's location in the outskirts of Chennai was convenient for me, as it was very near to the Zoo and surrounded by restaurants. This made it easy for me to explore the local area during my free time.

The hotel’s location was great for our city break, with shops and restaurants just a few minutes away. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome and assisted us in any way possible. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms, with amenities like a spa, dining room, and bar all within easy reach.

We experienced some issues during our stay. We had problems with the noise level in our room, and our requests for assistance in this matter were not addressed.

Good food and clean rooms. A nice breakfast spread was offered with lots of variety to choose from. the location of the hotel is easily accessible and close to the airport.

The hotel staff was not very helpful or responsive. We were promised an early check-in but the room was not ready until the given check-in time.
